🌲 Learning beyond the classroom!

Posted Date: 10/16/26 (05:45 PM)

Students in Mr. Martonen’s Environmental Science class visited Dorothy Fox Forest to learn about forestry and land surveying from professionals in the industry.

Students also helped install a deer exclosure fence; a fenced area that keeps deer out so they can study how trees grow without deer browsing on them.

Thank you to the industry professionals who shared their time and expertise and helped our students connect classroom learning to work in the field!
