STUDENT OF THE WEEK
September 7, 2026

Ella is the daughter of Natalie Kasten and the late Kenny Kasten. She is an eighth grader at Kingsford Middle School. She’s an active and dedicated student who stays busy throughout the year. She enjoys playing both basketball and softball, competing on the school teams as well as travel teams. Her commitment to athletics demonstrates her strong work ethic, determination, and willingness to be part of a team.

When she’s not in school, Ella enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and spending time with friends. Some of her favorite activities include horseback riding, hunting, fishing, playing pickleball, and going for walks.

At Kingsford Middle School, Ella is known as a very polite, hard-working, and friendly young lady. She gets along extremely well with her classmates and treats those around her with kindness and respect. Her positive attitude and willingness to work hard make her a wonderful role model for her peers.

Ella is truly an absolute joy to have in the classroom, and Kingsford Middle School is proud to recognize her as this week’s Student of the Week. Congratulations, Ella!
