Dear Woodland Families:

We are thrilled to announce the official start of our "One School, One Book" project! This month, our entire school community will be reading E.B. White’s classic, Charlotte’s Web. We invite you to follow along with us as we journey to the Zuckerman Barn to meet Wilbur, Charlotte, and all their friends.

To make this experience even more special, members of our Woodland staff have recorded themselves reading each chapter of the book. Here is how you can tune in:

• Tonight’s Special Launch: We are kicking things off tonight with two separate posts for Chapter 1 and Chapter 2!
• Daily Schedule: A new chapter will be posted every weekday morning at 8:00 AM.
• Where to Watch: You can find the daily videos on the Woodland Facebook Page or on our Official Project Website. We also wanted to share our 2026 Kick-Off Highlight Video to get you and your student in the spirit!

The "Word of the Day" Challenge: We encourage all students to listen closely! At the end of every video, our guest reader will share a secret "Word of the Day." Students should write the word down or follow directions from their classroom teacher, and then let their teacher know what it is the following morning in class.
