Gabe LaFave is recognized as the KMS Student of the Week for February 9, 2026. Gabe, a seventh grader at Kingsford Middle School, is the son of Laura and Jarid LaFave of Kingsford. He is being recognized for his kindness, friendly personality, dedication to academics, and consideration for others. 

He is a positive young man who works hard to support his peers, engages in class, and always strives for excellence. Gabe enjoys RC racing, announcing, going to the movies, bowling, and watching basketball games in his free time. Seventh-grade teachers would like to acknowledge him for his strong work ethic, discipline, and positivity. Gabe is a positive role model for peers and helps to make KMS a great place for all students to learn!
