Throughout the month of November, Woodland Elementary proudly partnered once again with TV6 and the local Salvation Army for the annual Can-a-thon Drive and our students and families truly delivered!

Together, Woodland collected an incredible 4,646 items to support our community. What an amazing example of generosity and teamwork!

To add some fun, partner classes competed to bring in the most items. Weekly winners earned a Golden Trophy, while the top class each week proudly held the Can-a-thon Travel Trophy.

Congratulations to Mrs. Hackstock’s, Mrs. Novara’s, and Mrs. Aranda/Wilcox’s classes for earning this year’s coveted Travel Trophy! Our top partner classes also celebrated with a creative (and delicious!) edible art project.

A huge THANK YOU to Mrs. Elizabeth Early for once again orchestrating and supporting this meaningful event at Woodland. Your dedication makes a difference!
