you must change your Internet Options so that the proxy Server Settings are

This
is how you do that in Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools and Internet Options
Click on the Connections Tabs
The LAN Settings button
“Automatically Detect Proxy Settings” should be checked and
Proxy Server
“Use Proxy Server” should be checked
Address:
10.0.10.1 Port 80
Check
Bypass proxy server for local address.

When /
if you take your laptop to a class at Northern, they may have you change the
proxy settings. Make sure you change it
back to the above if you want to access webct from school.
