Breitung Township Schools is now accepting Schools of Choice forms from families in the local area.
You can download the
2014-15 Schools of Choice form (in PDF format) and do one of the following:
- Print it out and fill it in manually.
- Fill out the form on your computer and print it out.
You can return any of the completed forms to one of the following:
- District Main Office
- Woodland Elementary
- Kingsford Middle School
- Kingsford High School

Breitung Township Schools Awarded
Silver Medal by U.S. News
Breitung Township Schools is very proud to announce that in the 2014 U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools rankings, Kingsford High School has been awarded a Silver medal based on their performance on state assessments and how well they prepare students for college.
Of the 588 high schools in the state of Michigan, Kingsford High School was ranked 57th putting them in the top 10% of Michigan High Schools.
Of the 19,411 high schools in the country that qualified, Kingsford High School was ranked 1,951 putting them just outside top 10% of High Schools in the country, which is a great achievement.

Breitung Schools rewarded for energy saving projects
Breitung Township Schools is very proud to announce that Efficiency United, a group of 20 Michigan utility providers, awarded our school district a $28,665.31 rebate check for energy savings the district has implemented over the past couple of years.
