KHS - Student of the Year

Kingsford High School is proud to announce Abigail "Abby" Floriano as the Kingsford High School Student of the Year. Abby is a remarkably hardworking and determined student who takes great pride in her academics. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her 4.0 High Honors GPA, which places her in the top 10% of her graduating class. Known for her kind, genuine, and dedicated nature, Abby leads her peers through positive example every day.

In addition to her academic success, Abby is deeply involved in her school and community. She serves as a KHS Flivver Way Student Ambassador and is a member of the National Honor Society. Her diverse extracurricular activities include Key Club, French Club, Senior Crafting Connections, Track, and her local Youth Group. In addition to attending her own activities, Abby consistently shows up for her fellow Flivvers by attending school events and cheering for her classmates and friends. Abby's school spirit is unmatched and her smiling face is always appreciated by students, staff, and community members.

This fall, Abby will bring her strong work ethic to Central Michigan University, where she will major in Biomedical Sciences. Kingsford High School congratulates Abby on this well-deserved honor and wishes her the very best in her future studies.
