At
the Woodland Child Care Center, we provide a quality child care program
for preschool age children (3 and 4 year olds who are "potty trained"),
Prep-Kindergarten and Kindergarten children as well as before and after school
care for children enrolled in grades Prep-K through 5th at Woodland
Elementary School.
Our goal at
Woodland Child Care Center is to accommodate the individual childcare needs of
our community by providing a quality program with fun and enriching age
appropriate activities for all children in a safe and nurturing environment.
SCHEDULE OF OPERATION
Woodland Child Care Center will follow the Breitung Township School's calendar. It will be opened every day that school is in session. We will also be open for the whole day during parent - teacher conferences and during teacher professional development days.
SCHOOL DELAYS, CLOSINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
DELAY:
If there is a school delay, the Woodland Child
Care Center will be opened at the regularly scheduled time (6:45 a.m.).
CLOSING:
If an emergency closing of
school is called after the school has already been in session that day, the children registered for care at the center will
be supervised until other arrangements can be made.
CANCELLATION:
If there is a school cancellation, the Woodland Child
Care Center will be closed. When school is
cancelled the entire school closes,
including the cafeteria, office, etc.,
HOURS OF OPERATION
Woodland Child Care Center hours of operation are 6:45 am to 6:00 pm.
COST
The cost per child is $2.75 per hour.
