Mix it Up Activities ~ Kingsford Middle School
Sixth grade students at Kingsford Middle School recently participated
in a “Mix it Up” Activity. The students were each given a random
playing card with their name written on it. They sat at the cafeteria
tables with the matching playing card. They visited and snacked
with different students that they may never usually sit with. The
activity was exciting and gave the students a fresh outlook on making
new friends. This is a quote from one of the students, “I thought
the “Mix it Up” Activity was really cool and it was fun to get together
with people you don’t sit by. I made a new friend and I’m very happy.
Thank you all.”
