Project 2

For the second assignment in PowerPoint, you are to do the following:

Create a new presentation on an important figure in computers (you can use the Internet to search). The individual can be of present value to computers or can be a historical computer figure.

Within this presentation, I would like you to create a standard ‘Slide Master’ of your own. Do NOT use a design template in this presentation. Add a standard ‘logo’ which well represents the individual on the slide master (it can even be a picture of the individual). Add your name in a small font on a footer on the slide master.

Add photographs or any other significant clip art to the slides (NOT on the master but on the individual slides) along with tidbits of information on this person. The presentation does not need to be longer than 5 slides in length (including the title slide). MOST of the formatting should be done on the slide master. Actual information and facts need to be added to the 5 slides individually (NOT the slide master).

Be sure to add slide transitions and animation in Slide Sorter view to this presentation. Run the spell checker on your presentation and correct any errors.

Save a shortcut to this presentation to the shared drive under the folder Project 2 to have your transitions and animations checked.

This assignment will be graded on the ability to create and save a slide master and slide show presentation in PowerPoint. Have fun and good luck!
