GENERAL FORMATTING RULES:   :  Manuscripts should be double-spaced between lines, and quadruple-spaced between 
sections of the report .  Margins should be 1 inch all around, and a simple 12 point font should be used.  It should be printed
in black ink (exceptions can be made for graphs, charts, or other graphics).  Hand-drawn graphics are acceptible if they are neatly
done.  Your last name and page number should be in the upper right hand corner on all pages after the first.  
No personal pronouns should be used anywhere in the report
