Bernoulli's Principle

states as the velocity of a fluid increases, the pressure exerted by the fluid decreases

Air blown into the bag with one breath. Bernoulli's Principle was not applied. Air was blown into the bag. The opening of the bag was about four inches from her mouth.  Air in the bag after blowin it up with one breath in the middle picture. Bernoulli's Principle was used in this case.

The bag was held about four inches from her mouth.  When the air was blown into the bag, its velocity is greater than the air around it .The air pressure of the stream of air blown into the bag decreases. The higher pressure of the air around the air stream exerts a net force into the bag. This results in air from the room following the air stream into the bag. The extra air entering the bag allows one to fill the bag with one breath of air.
