Welcome to the KHS Computer Department. The 2007-08 school year brought a significant change to the computer department. The first change was the addition of adding the Online Learning Experience to our Microcomputers course descriptions. This new change was added to the Michigan Curriculum requirements starting with the class of 2011. See the Microcomputers page for more information.
Secondly, with assistance from the Academic Booster Club, we were able to get funding for three new computer labs for the high school's technology curriculum.
The high school replaced the two existing computer labs with new Windows XP computers. The 60 computers were purchased from HP and included the following specifications:
The third computer lab was purchased for the Digital Video Editing computer lab located in the middle school. The computers were 20" iMac computers.
