About Us...

The purpose of the KHS Athletic Booster Club is to help support Athletics at Kingsford High School. We do this through various fund raising projects throughout the year. We could not accomplish what we have done without the help and support from the parents of the athletes being involved. For the 2006-2007 school year and again for the2007-2008 year we have supported the athletic department with $75,000 to help fund the athletic department.

Our most visible project is providing concession stands at various athletic events. The concession stands need plenty of help not only during the event but also to plan and set up before the event. We are always looking for parents who can help out in any way especially with the behind the scenes activities of planning and preparation.

This year with the change in seasons for girls volleyball and basketball we are going to have a greater need for parent involvement. There will be many sports going on at the same time. The football schedule has three double headers with the JV team playing first followed by the Varsity game.

Parents are encouraged to sign up at Meet the Flivvers to help out in the concession stands.
