BUILDING GOALS

NCA Goals

  1. Every staff member will ensure quality instruction for all students, aligned with MMC state standards & benchmarks and improve curriculum instruction & assessments.

  2. Every staff member will continue to create a positive climate for students, staff and guests and increase parent/student communication.

  3. Every staff member will become active participants in the NCA School improvement process.

  4. Every staff member will be committed to marketing the School District and to the building motto: "Dedicated to Excellence."
