Three Students from Kingsford High School received the Girl Scout Gold Award for Troop #143. The Gold Award is the highest award that you can achieve. Stephanie Alsteens received the award for doing a survey on Hazardous Material. Casey Chapman received the award for doing a concert to benefit the Spring Lake Humane Society. Christina Nicholson received the award for making a fleece blanket for sick children at the Dickinson County Hospital. Below are pictures from the banquet that was held at the Koinonia Cafe.
