We have received communications from parents that they are receiving an error on their phones, Android & iOS, when trying to use the official PowerSchool app. The easiest and fastest way to fix this issue is to uninstall the app, restart your phone, and then re-install the app. The process to re-install the app can be found by visiting https://flivver.info/psapp.
